Description

The 80 tons and 100 tons full automatic horizontal baler for waste paper has bellow features:

  • All models are hydraulic drive, there are manual or PLC automatic control operation for choise;
  • There are different ways to turn over the bag, push the bag (side push and forward push) or manually take the bag (package);
  • Using 380V voltage, in no power supply, can use diesel engine as power;
  • Extrusion power from 120 tons to 400 tons for users to choose
  • The size of compression chamber and package block can be customized according to customer requirements.
  • Spherical structure connection is adopted between the pushing cylinder and the pushing head, with good reliability and long service life of oil seal.
  • Low noise hydraulic circuit design, high efficiency and low fault.
  • Easy installation without foundation.
  • Horizontal structure, with conveyor feeding or manual feeding.
