Working principle :

      Alligator shears is components by shear cylinder, shear knife, slider pressing knife, knife, pressing and other oil cylinder. When the alligator shear work runs, hydraulic pump station (output power source) for pressing oil cylinder oil supply to the slider pressing knife to knife seat, complete material fixed clamp, then shear cylinder hydraulic pump station in oil supply shear knife downward through the steps of shear. After finished the shearing , the hydraulic pump station completes the return operation under the hydraulic oil reflux drive of the shearing oil cylinder and the pressing oil cylinder successively.

Features:

• Length of working edge: 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1600mm, 1800mm, and the shearing force covers eleven grades from 63t to 600t, which can meet different requirements of users.
• Such series employ hydraulic drive ,featuring reliable safety performance and convenient operation.
• Foot screws may not be used for installation and a diesel engine can be adopte in case of unavailability of power supply.
